John Brumby sucks...big time
Well well well if it isn't another blog....haha! Inspired once again by Dale's inert blog, I have decided to start my blog up once again, in the hope of attracting more readers than last time, and finding perheps a teeny weeny amount of inspiration to write again.
So anyway, I survived year 12.....and managed to obtain a 94.....which is AWESOME. Ironically, the two maths subject, which anyone who knows me will tell you are not in my area of skill, ended up being my two highest scaled scores...go figure.
Something that is really driving me up the wall (haha) are the new P-plate laws about passengers. The law that drivers in their first year of licensing are restricted to only one "peeraged passenger" or between 16 and 21 years old after July 1st. So, for three months, I will not be allowed to take more than one friend in my car, until I have had my license for one year. This seems so ridiculous to me, as I will be able to take four passengers in my car for nine months, one for three, then four again. I think it is also highly unfair for younger drivers, like my brother. Getting his P's is his aspiration, his biggest goal. P plates are a symbol of freedom, from parental ties and legal age limits. Now his hopes have been ripped away. Stupid Victorian government. Stupid John brumby. Go home. Nobody voted for you.
On the plus side, for three months I can't be designated driver. Yay!
Well that's all for now. Please read and comment! So I know people are reading, because otherwise I feel lonely :( haha Let me know your opinion on the new laws. :P
Catchya!

I'm glad something good came from the inactivity of my blog. :P
Wow those new laws sound ridiculous. But.. they don't affect me so I'm not really that upset by them. *shrug*
I hope the writing inspiration comes to you quickly!
Congrats on the 94 again too (welcome to the club).
Dale.

heya jess. cool blog. My understanding was that it only applied to ppl who got their licence after the july 1st mark or watever so it may not affect u. But im not positive on that. Either way ive nearly had mine for a year already so its all good. I Reckon the law is a good idea and will def reduce road toll. But they should put a curfew thing on it, something like 1 passenger between 16-21 after 9pm during the day be fine. But yeah thats my input :D
